ALL THESE TESTS AND EXAMS ARE COMPULSORY. |
- Attendance in the Periodic Assessment/ Half Yearly exam/ Annual Exam is compulsory. No promotion will be granted to the absentees. Attendance is compulsory in case of all written exams. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, THE PARENTS HAVE TO TAKE PERMISSION FROM THE PRINCIPAL/ VICE PRINCIPAL/ HEADMISTRESS TO EXEMPT A STUDENT FROM APPEARING IN PERIODIC ASSESSMENTS/ HALF YEARLY EXAM/ ANNUAL EXAM.
(Note: It is essential and compulsory to give an application in writing for such cases)
- The written exams (PERIODIC ASSESSMENTS/ HALF YEARLY EXAM/ ANNUAL EXAM) are not conducted in advance or after the due date. WRITTEN EXAMS ARE CONDUCTED ONLY ON THE DUE DATE; A STUDENT WHO REMAINED ABSENT ON THAT DATE DUE TO ANY REASON SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO APPEAR FOR THE TEST/ EXAM LATER.
(However, in case of oral exams, Computer practical and Art & craft exam, the student shall be allowed to appear for the test on a later date)
- Answer-sheets of Annual Exam are not shown to the Parents/Guardians of students studying in classes PP-II onwards.
- The school has adopted the scheme of evaluation of the students as per the CBSE norms. The student's performance is judged on the base of the criteria formed by the School.
- Tentative dates of all Tests/ Exams are printed on Pages 14,15,16,17 of this Almanac. Parents are to prepare their wards for the upcoming Tests/ Exams well in advance, keeping in mind the dates of Exams mentioned in the annual schedule.
